Macrogol (Polyethylene glycol) 4000 1
A large organic compound that has water-binding properties and cannot be absorbed by the body.
1. forlax® combines with water molecules during preparation.
2. forlax® then binds to stools in the bowel to soften and hydrate the stools.
3. The increased volume of stools activates the natural bowel movements.
4. The softened stools are excreted easily.
